Lexington Clinic's patient portal has many  enhanced features to assist you with your medical communication needs. You can send a secure message to your provider, refill requests, view your test results as well as schedule an appointment - and more!

To access these features, patients may register, using these easy steps:

1. Click the Patient Portal Log-in button above.
2. Choose the "Sign up today” to create a new account.
3. Enter your name, date of birth and contact information.
4. Create a password. This password must be 8-20 characters and include one upper and one lower case letter, and one number or symbol.
