Lexington Clinic Foundation is proud to partner with local organizations to increase our ability for promotion of health and wellness for all. Through our granting process, we gain insight into each organization's goals, outcomes and fiscal stewardship.

Community Grants Program
Letter of Intent
Lexington Clinic Foundation will be soon accepting proposals for our next grant cycle. Please check back for dates of submission for 2022.
Please submit a two page (maximum) letter of intent summarizing your funding request. You may also submit a one page budget summary, optional. Grant amounts are generally $3,000.00 to $10,000.00
Letters will be reviewed by the grant committee after the postmark deadline. Following first round reviews, organizations will be invited to complete the full application. Please note, an invitation to complete the application does not guarantee funding in any amount.

Amount
Typical grants range is $3000 to $10,000
Eligibility
Lexington Clinic Foundation does not fund:
- Individuals
- Political organizations
- Labor organizations
- Private schools (unless program is open to public)
